Invoice Delivery with Confirmation

QuickBooks creates an invoice. The agent sends it via Send With Template using the invoice email template with the customer's data substituted. It retrieves the message ID and stores it against the invoice record. Three days before the due date, the agent calls Get Message Info to verify the invoice email was delivered and opened. If not opened, it triggers a resend with a different subject line. Invoices do not go unpaid because the customer never saw the email.

Rejection List Maintenance

An unsubscribe event fires from Mailchimp Marketing. The agent calls Add Rejection to add the contact's email to the Mandrill rejection list simultaneously. This ensures the same contact cannot receive transactional emails either, maintaining consistent opt-out compliance across both marketing and transactional channels.

Template Selection by Context
